2. What are the Projects you have handled?
If you were heavily involved in a project, use this as an opportunity to tout your hard work. Freely mention the tasks you undertook, etc. Don't hold back unless you are not allowed to talk about it, due to the papers you signed when you worked on the project.
3. Tell us about your experience in managing different projects and how this can contribute to our position?
Please describe an experience where you managed a diverse project team towards a common goal. The key to answering this question is to focus on your ability to the delegate tasks and the responsibilities equitably and in a practical manner. You'll want to describe your management style and why it worked in your experience.
4. Why do you want to move from your existing company?
