Amazon SQS is a queue from which the services pull data, and it supports exactly-once delivery of messages. If no workers pull jobs from SQS, the messages stay in the queue. SNS is a publisher-subscriber system that pushes messages to subscribers
2. Can I Vertically Scale An Amazon Instance? How?
Amazon does not provide a service for automatically scaling instances vertically, only horizontally, because horizontal scaling is the only type of scaling that doesn't incur down time.

Best practices for Amazon EC2- Manage access to AWS resources and APIs using identity federation, IAM users, and IAM roles.

4. Explain Storage For Amazon Ec2 Instance.?
Many instances can access storage from disks that are physically attached to the host computer. This disk storage is referred to as instance store. Instance store provides temporary block-level storage for instances.

An Amazon Machine Image is a packaged environment containing a software configuration and other parts required to set up an instance. The machine images are like templates that are configured using an operating system, an application server, and any additional application required to deliver a service or a part of it.
